What can I expect from the recruitment process?

The recruitment process will differ slightly depending on the role you are applying for. However, in general you can expect a phone screen call from our Recruitment team followed by an interview or a verification of competencies training session on one of our construction sites, in addition most roles will require reference checks and a pre employment medical.

Licenses, tickets or qualifications required will be subject to the role you are applying for. However, please note that a white card/ construction card will be required for any site based role.

All previous employees are welcome to re-apply to available roles. You can also apply for more than 1 job at a time.

You are welcome to apply for any new roles that we have available.

Wormall Group offers both traineeship and apprenticeships to school leavers, employees re-entering the workforce or any adult or mature agreed person wanting a career change.

The recruitment process varies depending on the role and number of application received. Our Recruitment team try to contact shortlisted employees within the first week of application received.

You can send your application via the provided e-mail on the job advertisement. However, please note that you still need to apply through Wormall’s recruitment portal.

Wormall Group has an internal recruitment team and encourages you to apply directly from our recruitment portal. 

Yes, you will be required to provide either a passport, birth certificate or visa grant document to validate your working right in Australia.

Wormall Group offers work sponsorship for some critical roles. Work sponsorship will be subject to the role and the applicant’s suitability and eligibility.
