About this role:
The WHSEQ Administrator provides technical and administrative support to maintain the day-to-day operation of Wormall Group’s WHSEQ Management System.
Working under the direction of the WHS Systems and Compliance Lead, this role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, system usability, and consistent reporting across the business.
The position acts as a key system support resource, providing practical assistance, troubleshooting, and analytics to enhance safety visibility and compliance efficiency.
What your day will look like:
• Manage and maintain all WHS-related client prequalification portals.
• Prepare and submit WHS documentation and supporting evidence for tenders as required.
• Ensure timely updates of all certifications and related policy documents required for prequalification.
• Based on the risks identified, develop a project specific WHSE Risk Management Plan for the scope of work.
• Assist in establishing and facilitating CRAW/Risk workshops for projects as required ensuring that, at minimum, WHSE risk workshops are conducted with tendering and project teams.
• Develop a project WHSE risk registers for each scope of work when required (for submission to client or after award).
• Support end-user training and onboarding in the use of WHS systems.
• Develop and maintain WHS templates, forms, and registers.
• Assist in developing system guides, FAQs, and reference materials.
• Gather user feedback and report improvement suggestions to the WHS Systems and Compliance Lead.
• Participate in system improvement initiatives as assigned, ensuring changes are
• communicated and documented appropriately.
• Assist in coordinating WHS meetings, training sessions, and internal communications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the WHS Management System through feedback and innovation.
About you:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in WHS data systems or digital WHS administration.
• Proven capability in Power BI or equivalent analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of WHS compliance and management system frameworks
• High-level proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power Apps, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a dynamic and rapidly evolving business organisation.
Qualification and skillsets needed:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in an operational or WHSE role (essential)
• Cert 4 or higher qualification in Work Health and Safety (desirable).
• Qualifications in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or ICT (desirable).
• Experience with Safety Reporting systems (desirable)
• Advance proficiency levels in Microsoft 365 including Teams, Power Apps
• Current Driver’s Licence.

About this role:
Wormall Civil runs land subdivision projects across the Perth metro area, and Project Coordinators play a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of civil construction projects by coordinating operational, planning, and compliance activities on site in support of the Project Manager, Project Engineer and Site Supervisor.
Working closely with the site team, you’ll ensure that daily site operations are well-documented, site office and compound are well organised and appropriate resources are maintained, safety and quality standards are upheld, site office facilities are maintained in good order, and project records are filed effectively.
Site & Operational Management:
• Ensure daily sign on is completed documenting all workers on site are registered and hold the appropriate qualifications and documentation.
• Assist with the review of timesheets for workers and contractors.
• Maintain site-based plans and documentation.
• Raise requests for PPE needs on sites.
• Keep sea containers and offices tidy, ensure water fillers are topped up regularly.
• Coordinate service locator appointments or temporary fencing installations.
Project Planning, Mobilisation & Delivery:
• Support the Project Manager and project team during project initiation, kick off and mobilisation.
• Support procurement activities including vendor coordination, delivery tracking, and recording keeping support.
• Confirm requirements and available site for deliveries.
• Conduct regular site stocktakes to verify delivered materials.
• Organising QA documentation to support project quality assurance.

About this role:
The Dewatering Leading Hand plays a frontline leadership role ensuring the effective installation, operation and maintenance of dewatering systems on construction projects. This position will act as a link between the Dewatering Supervisor and the dewatering team, combining hands on technical work with team coordination, collaboration, communication and safety oversights.
The Dewatering Leading Hand is responsible for assisting with the supervision and participation of dewatering teams, and the installation, operation and maintenance of dewatering equipment such as pumps, pipelines, wellpoints, treatment units, and other specialised dewatering equipment.
What your day will look like:
- Lead and assist with the installation of wellpoint dewatering systems, sump pumping dewatering systems, installation of pipework, treatment units and other dewatering equipment as required
- Ensure dewatering systems are installed according to design and applicable specifications and in a way that provides effective and efficient dewatering activities
- Troubleshoot installation issues and make necessary adjustments in the field to ensure effectiveness of the dewatering systems
- Carry out repairs and maintenance, either site based or workshop based, to ensure equipment remains in good working order
- Assist with the installation of submersible bore pumps on construction projects as required
- Carry out routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance including water treatment testing, and report any issues to the workshop department
- Work closely with the Dewatering Supervisor, providing hands on support and assistance with organisation and resourcing of the dewatering team and equipment
- Provide day to day direction and support directly to the dewatering team
- Act as a primary point of contact between the Dewatering Supervisor and the dewatering team
About you:
- Strong practical knowledge of wellpoint dewatering systems, dewatering pumps and equipment
- Proven experience in a similar role within a construction environment
- Proven experience with wellpoint dewatering installations via sand tube and hand jetting methods
- Leadership and team coordination skills and experience
